A&M can still beat Texas and make the sec championship. I think we expected too much from a&m with the way things were happening. The future is bright under Elko. I don't think you guys would have been in the conversation of the playoffs or title game if you had Jimbo that's for sure lol.

Texas CANNOT, fall out of the Top 12. No, A&M has had their chances and breaks. Too much has been spent, and too much time wasted on those expenditures. A&M truly stands for "Average & Mediocre". They're the greatest 8-4 program of all time. Billions spent on it...

three weeks ago i said this was one of the best defenses A&Ms had in years and after last night im just so beyond disappointed in the multiple opportunities that defense missed out on. It’s just so damn annoying that auburn puts together the most complete game of the year against us with very minimal mistakes

Longhorn here and I’m definitely worried about reed. He can absolutely ball and is a fearless freshman. He’s the exact type of qb Texas has historically struggled with. 😳

Auburn fan…we have a bunch of young kids that are starting to get some experience like Cam Coleman. Last week he had a breakout game so I imagine it’s hard to gameplay against players you didn’t know would make a difference.

I'm pretty sure the fans are more sick after a loss than the players....most of then anyway. NIL gives these guys a lot of reasons to not really be bothered by a loss...they've still got free education, free food, free health care, and they know they can just transfer at the end of the year and get a little more of all of that.

I agree, let’s be real LSU & Missouri are not good football teams. Probably gave A&M and Reed too much credit for beating those two teams. If you beat Texas it will be because Texas does not show up, a very unlikely scenario.

Don't forget we were down 10-0 at home against LSU. There's been a problem for years on how this team starts games regardless of coach. Something within this program as a whole is off.

What!? Do you mean Dezz Ricks… the guy who multiple bombs fly over his head to score or set up short TDs!? Thomas wasn’t that bad. Sure that guy made a spectacular catch in end zone in OT “on him” but I don’t know any CB who stop that catch. He’s also playing bc Will Lee got hurt early and had to leave the game. Of all our secondary, which was horrible, he was the least of the guys making mistakes!

This team took a huge step backwards at Carolina and they have not fixed the problems on defense. Have not seen anything that indicates the defense has fixed any of the issues that showed up at Carolina. They play like this against tu, it is going to be a very, very long night. Ending the season with 3 straight SEC losses would be disappointing, as it harkens back to the problem of not finishing in the Sumlin/Fisher eras.

Typical Aggie football. Preseason hype. Lose games you should win. A&M won time of possession and 1st downs. Defense has been horrible lately. SC embarrassed them. Auburn jumped on them big and they tied it up. Offense scored at the end and the defense couldn’t stop. A&M had a chance to get going in the right direction. Yes, they can still get in the SEC Championship but TX is rolling. Not sure Reed is the answer at QB. He surprised LSU but what has he really done since. Aggies have no downfield threat. Defense has been disappointing. Elko didn’t have them prepared for ND, SC and now Auburn. I know it’s his first yr at A&M but some of it has come down to coaching. Tackling is horrible.

QB is a problem either way at A&M, Elko should have stuck with Weigman. You can alway pivot to the Reed RPO as needed, when you go to Reed, hard to pull him for a less mobile qb who can have his same struggles throwing.

This loss was on the coaches and players. You score 31 and lose with that so called” great”defense. These games are the reason they call you “little brother” Texas did their part.
