Yea, but how does the Aoudad taste? Never killed one but I don’t hear good things.

The taste is pretty decent, just tougher than boot leather. Again makes great ground meat and sausage for the majority of the animal. I aged my backstraps for 3 weeks and then cubed it up into steak tips, marinated them for 24 hours, and then grilled. Was a hit at the Wild Game BBQ.

Hunting texas sucks. Almost zero public land and land owners want to pay for college tuition with every hunt. Barbary sheep are def a nice trophy animal but if my dog refuses to eat a peice of backstrap they are not for me . Maybe if you put on more spice than the chunk of meat you are eating you might be able to swallow it
