This is pretty much exactly how I run my $100 kingsford charcoal grill for smoking. This channel has given me lots of inspiration and ideas for cooks over the years and I love that it's all been possible with a super cheap and simple setup.

I’d love to see more recipes for the summer series. So many channels rehash basics which gets boring. The recipes is what makes this channel stand out.

I'd agree. And especially for grilling, there's so many great recipes - satay, babi guling, lamb leg (Greek style maybe?), tandoori, Peruvian chicken.....

It would be cool to see some seafood done on it. You could smoke some salmon or trout indirectly, then do some chargrilled oysters or scallops over direct heat.

I feel like once a month a back to basics would be a welcome addition to me personally. I’ve been watching for years now and I love seeing the complex stuff but the simpler stuff is what I tend to actually cook. I just bought the stuff to make some sausages so of course I had to get some nice and plump! More sausage videos would be great!

Can we please get some spicy alligator sausage? Love the content
Hey Brad!! Love the content and rubs, accessories you’re making. Regarding your question what else to cook. I would be interested in you doing more sausage, saucisson, how to cure a green ham and smoke it. Watching you make prosciutto would rock. I would be interested in what you could do with the large cuts /sides of red meat we can get from Sam’s such as a whole beef strip loin or whole sirloin tip on the best tool not sure I should use my offset or Weber Kettle. A Chudbox is in my future for sure. Doing a whole turkey using the rotisserie on the chudbox or your Weber kettle would be cool! I would be really interested in your take on wild game such as boar and deer. Thanks Brad!!!

Looks great! The only problem I see is space. Looks like you could only do a couple racks. More room than a Weber kettle, but not much. If you pull the grate to the right, whatever is over there will get direct heat. Love your channel!

I came to find your channel through the weber series, and some more love for the weber would be great. I actually made spare ribs last weekend based on how you did it in your guide, first time I've ever tried doing my own ribs on the grill, and other than overdoing the smoke a bit for my taste, we think they turned out great! I'm excited to try more stuff on there.

Bradley would you ever consider making a Chuds recipe book? I love your videos but they're sometimes a bit all over the place as far as instructions, having your recipes in a simple written format would be fantastic. Also, what's your estimated merch shipping time to Wisconsin? I'm from The Netherlands but I'll be in Wisconsin by end of the month and I'm considering ordering some stuff shipped to my hotel.

I would be very into seeing you cook budget cuts of meat or smaller cuts instead of giant ones (e.g., chuck roast cooked like a brisket, pork sirloin, top round for pit beef sandwiches, etc.). Basically, how to make bbq on a budget or for a small family instead of a large crowd

B-Rad, I know at the time I am watching this, you are down the road at the beach. I would like to see a Chorizo sausage a la L&L please.
