Gee, what's not to like about having your home NOT IN ANY FEMA FLOOD HAZARD flooded repeatedly once the Camino Real subdivision next to my neighborhood was developed? And what's not to just LOVE about having over 48,000 gallons of THEIR sewage flow thru my back yard? And I really appreciate how all our city roads have been utterly destroyed by all the construction and lot owner thru-traffic thru our neighborhoods from Colony Ridge... that's priceless! Then there's our city's main road which was blown out by the Colony Ridge giant drainage canal in the Grand San Jacinto and Santa Fe subdivisions... yeah we racist city white folk just LOVE having our main roadway completely washed out by their stormwater drainage canal! Finally there is the crime.... and OMG the murders that just keep happening in Colony Ridge! I mean, luckily it's all been illegal's killing illegal's but at some point US citizens are going to get targeted and killed by those people... we didn't even have an annual murder rate in the Plum Grove area prior to Colony Ridge coming out here and moving over 40,000 people in on top of us! Thank you SO MUCH Colony Ridge and Trey and John Harris for improving our sorry lives out here in the City of Plum Grove TX! Everyone should have a neighboring development just like Colony Ridge, it's just wonderful! 😐
