To immigrate illegally? They’re a vessel to spew the beliefs of an entire group. Anyone with half a brain can understand why people immigrate illegally due to their unbearable with life back home, and the other part of it that is exploited by violent criminals who make all of this so much difficult for the ones in need, and who want to immigrate the right way. It’s a broken system, many Don’t have a choice, but it doesn’t make illegal immigration completely OK. Just understandable for the ones that have no choice but to die where they come from, and are willing to live in life that is productive and peaceful for the ones around them

Burglars want better lives. That is why they go into other people's homes to take a share of the stuff that the residents have worked hard to pay for. The first white immigrants into the Americas didn't sail into a country that had power stations, dams, roads, ports etc. They didn't sail into a society that had health care, education and welfare systems, to get the benefit of the effort and investment of other people's ancestors. Modern migrants are like burglars.

The thing is I feel like once you cross that wall you kick down that ladder you used to cross to prevent anyone else from coming up and trying to take your slice of the American pie. The difference is my brother and I grew up in a military household and spent most of our lives away from El Paso and saw the world and what treasures it could bring to the US, these people in El Paso are stuck in their own little bubble, ignorant and unaware of what other cultures can offer..

Asylum claims are a massive imposition on the people of countries who have limited the size of their own families. All those countries that have kept their own families to two children per woman on average, should ditch the UN Convention immediately. But she provides real life examples of how those words had real time consequences in the form of mass shootings. Furthermore, trying to say there's an issue of "people viewing others being unable to think with any nuance in response to information" only highlights the fact that said "others" never took their actions into consideration regarding how it could negatively affect others and coming up with a BS excuse to justify it.

Hello, most of their parents entered illegally and others entered legally, but every country has the right to protect their borders, if no look now peru and Chile, open borders or no control in the borders cause a lot of social problems to the country, peru and Chile now are deporting illegall immigrants even they speak the same language and are sudamericans,. If immigrants enter to a country illegally, then they need to be aware of the risks and consequences and assume that responsibility of that including the deportation. If a illegal immigrant entered to a country illegally, he or she needs to fix his or her legal situation, adapt to a new culture, speak the language and respect the rules and regulations of the new country, the reason usa and other countries is not opening the borders is because a lot of bad behaviour people mixed with good people enter crossing the border illegally and good people enter here but do not adapt to the culture and do not contribute to the progress of the nation (or prefers only to live with helps of the government), please tell your friends and relatives this. USA will never open the borders, do not pay attention to the lies of politics they only look for votes for satisfy activist but activists are not the whole country, many illegal immigrants with the time adapted to the culture and fixed their illegal situation and work and study very hard to contribute to the nation and now they are legal usa citizens and precisely they want that good peo pl le enter here but unfortunately there is no technology to measure or to see what is the real intentions of all immigrants and if they are going to contribute to the nation and adapt to the culture including the language for that reason people who were one time illegally bur are great good people now do not want that whatever person without checking the background enter illegally to this country because can cause only more problems, more division, more rate high taxes to pay, more crime more disorganization, more bad behaviors and disrespect. USA welcome or legal immigrants who contribute to the country and its culture. Please if you want to come legal or illegally here to the USA, be prepared, learn the language and learn other skills, and forget his or her old nationalism and be an american usa.

They could not hear that everyone has a right to ask for asylum, immediately rolled into the claim that immigrants disappear after arriving. There was a very successful pilot program done by our government wherein the clients were properly notified of appearance dates and had access to legal representation. Virtually all of them showed up repeatedly, even though most of the asylum cases were refused and they were ordered deported. And I seriously doubt an immigrant fell from a tree and scared that woman.

Also if we put money towards dealing with the asylum seekers (such as hiring more judges) we could get them processed sooner. @@jaybird2791 You do have the right to ask for asylum and have your day in court. Not everyone has the time, ability, or money to go to a legal port when they are fleeing for their lives. It can take months, maybe years, if you know your abusive spouse was going to kill you, or a gang was going to murder your family you'd cross illegally too. I know I would. The immigrants waiting in detention are waiting for their court to decide whether they can stay or not. If we improved the process and got the amount of judges we needed we could expedite the process and it would be a lot cheaper then housing them in dentition. But then the private companies running the detention centers wouldn't make as much profit, and the politicians wouldn't get as many "campaign donations" or get to rile up their voters about the "dangerous illegals".

The migrants have no standing to go before any US Court once they violate our law and cross illegally. They cannoteven file a lawsuit if the are in a overcrowded jail or holding area. The do not have clean hands. The unclean hands doctorin doesn't allow it. US Activist lawyers file them in violation of this act and the Courts have forgotten about this Act. Lawyer Activist should be disbarred for filing lawsuits knowing the legally have no standing. Because the courts have forgotten about this law, doesn't mean the lawyers haven't forgotten. In their interview, or applications, if they crossed illegally, they cannot file for anything . The Court can end any applications or lawsuit at the beginning. All those old backlogged cases and applications are really worthless and are fraudulent. They should clean them out and shut down all request. We then need to retro suspend birth rights citizenship..
