When I was in Texas in 53-54,all a National had to do was come across the border”to shop” go into labor,go to a hospital,have the child and be given a birth certificate fo a citizen and that child,at eighteen could bring fifty five people to America. If the parents use Mexican identification, the birth certificate should state they are Mexican nationals at birth. Same with any other country. If their parents get legal status, the kids will automatically get it.
