I had the honor of seeing the Texas Tornados in concert in Albuquerque NM. They played every single hit they ever had ...it was CRAZY GOOD. The people got into it really quick. You could hardly hear with all the noise from the fans.

All the Texas Tornado fans miss Doug and Freddie, but Shawn and the boys carry on the music in fine fashion.

I was a fan of Doug and Freddie, and wondered jhow they would sound without them.. I hear a lot of Doug in Shawn's delivery and intonation. I hope they continue to play and hope they tour. Flaco and Augie are as good as it gets. Love Texas and the Tornados!

Great harmony singing. I love this one. It's up there (maybe better?) than Pa's and Freddy's cover. I'll take it! I absolutely LOVE Flaco's accordion. Deep Purple played like from heaven by the hand of the master. I can't but think of Flaco and Augie thinking back through the years of all the great people they played with over their long careers, many who are sadly no longer with us. Vivo Los Texas Tornados y vivo Flaco y Augie!

I think Doug's son is doing a great job, obviously he is putting 100% into the show. As for the piano man, tell him to smile, sour face turns people off. Most professional musicians should know that.

You are wrong. No one forced Flaco to do this. The fact is Shawn is keeping his fathers legacy alive and most think doing it in a very respectful way.
