That style of necklace you referred to as “Y style” is called a lavaliere or lavalier. A lavaliere is a necklace with a dropped pendant that is permanently suspended from the center of the chain on an additional length of chain forming a Y configuration similar to that of a rosary, as opposed to the traditional pendant which is removable and attaches either with a bail or is strung on the chain like a bead. The style is named after Louise de La Vallière who was one of the many mistresses of Louis XIV. She is credited with popularizing the style which is how it came to bear her name.

Sorry, that may be the Greek letters for a sorority but that medallion is a copy of an ancient Greek coin and the letters are an abbreviation for the Greek word meaning "Of the Athenians". Could be used for thes sorority though...🙂

The Athena OWl necklace is an ancient greek coin replica those beads I'm pretty positive a a type of garnet and the chain part...did you check if it is silver? I'm also pretty positive the lotus charm on it is actually a maker logo/signature I cant put my finger on it but I know I've seen it on other jewelry I've sold. I could probably get 45-80 dollars for it in my shop very nice.

the bones is an osteoderm, probably from an alligator. osteoderms are bones that are in the skin of certain animals, mainly reptiles, that act as armor. Picture the ridged scales of an alligator, the ridges are caused by osteoderms.
