Good ear, this is by the same artist, Juno Reactor. This was released in 1995, around the same time that Traci Lords - Control, aka Reptile's Theme was released in Dec 1994.

Texhnolyze talk about one of the problem with Nihilism. Taking about it actually takes you no where. It doesn't put meaning into your meaningless life. In Nihilism you just fight for what you desire. Even if it hurts you or hurts other. That's why we have ending like that in the show. Instead of talking about whether there is any God. Why don't we talk about the possibility of a God and moral/ethics. If there is no God; you still believe in it to keep yourself sane. I respect you. Let's find a way to put meaning into our meaningless life. If you want to aim to the stars; go on then. But don't pointlessly drags other, so when the result of your failure comes to haunt. It should just haunt you.
