This is hilarious i still don't know EXACTLY their industry standard definitions...0:10...my thought process...textures make up materials, and materials make up a shader...and the shader goes on the model/static mesh/character...i usually just call em textures...cause in the end the only thing that matters is how good it looks 🤣🤣🤣 Edit: 8:06...ya lost me bud...all thats above my pay grade...i just use Unreal Engine...and whatever shader it uses works just fine...i Don't ever intend to code my own shader...
