I just installed this and everything is working fine only thing is the touchpad doesn’t work for the button combos the button itself works but not for turning on modes

I connected mine as exactly like you did.. I have updated controller an v5, after I connected, the jdm still not turning on ...why ???

Can't get this to work. L1 and R1 gets disabled and the mod does nothing on jdm 055 controller.

I imagine it’s because we screwed in the battery tray and it’s pushing on the conductive film unevenly and causing r1 and l1 not to make connection.

Chris, meant to tell you last order no sticker like the rest of my controllers. Also make note on the new clear controllers pro, clip battery tray pin rite side due to board in the way.No sweat tho wirks amazing.I have V3,V4,V5 and so on! Best product made! Keep up the great work Bruce

Does this work with the JDM-050 Board layout. I am currently having trouble with the older model and wondering if this one will work.

Yes, this works with the JDM-050 and JDM-055. There is only one small modification that needs to be made to the battery tray which is to remove one of the support legs. You will see this leg would go through the mod due to the new design on these controllers, but if you cut off the leg from the tray everything fits and works fine. We should have the prototype of a new board design next week and and the new version in production and ready for sale by the end of April. The new version will not require the removal of the leg from the battery tray.

Yes, this is what the mod is designed for. This version works for all controllers with the lightbar in the touchpad.

The M1 and M2 are for connecting additional reflex buttons. These function like normal controller buttons and default to X and O but you can change them in the programming mode to be any button you like. The RF connection is for a mod button that basically does the same thing as Left on the D-pad so you can use this button instead of the D-pad to turn rapid fire and other features on/off.

what's the point the m1 and m2 buttons ?? are they occupied with X and O or are they the mod buttons? What are the RF solder-points on the flex for? Hope you can help me :)

@@consolecustoms What if I want M1, M2, M3, M4, and a RF mod button? Is that possible? One of my coworkers bought a fully modded controller couple weeks ago from another site, and the manual is the exact same as yours, same graphics and everything, and he got 4 remap buttons and 1 mod button.. I hope you can help me, Thanks Edit: I got a jdm-040 controller btw
