Can you explain me how you got the vailant ending? Do I have to collect the demopan for that?

No. Collecting demopan in mission 34th Battle of harvest will give you the Pan ending which is not good ending tbh For valiant you have to kill sentry buster in mission 120th along with every bot executed then be sure you collected sentry buster parts and some bots corpse Then go back to camp and give the parts to Joe link he will make the radio to contanct the defenders of statue that they have found out how to make their own bots and defend the statue for 5 waves and make it to escape route and boom done

It wasn't my choice Soldier. Demoman told me to save TF2 a sacrifice had to be made before he died from his wounds.
