I record in very high quality and at 180 fps in OBS. Then I edit the video files in VEGAS Pro, I add frame blending and make the colors more vibrant. And of course, I have decent fps in TF2, that's important too.

Sorry, I don't quite understand the question. To change your cl_interp value, just enter it in the console with a number. The default is 0.1, so to reset it type in console: cl_interp 0.1
