in order to keep the goop supply going, medic has to constantly piss himself, which in turn is how his ubercharge meter is filled, as when he heals a low health target he gets nervous about them dying and pisses himself, ie why healing more injured team mates gives more ubercharge.

As cool as this is, I can't help but feel it oversimplifies the Medi-Pak -- which I think is better explored through the Quick-Fix. Bear in mind I say this as a guy with very little to no understanding of engineering. By my analysis, I'd say that the Medi-Pak (described as a medicinal reactor backpack) is made up of three parts; the medicine tank sticks out from the left side, the reactor tank which is directly attached to the hose that connects it to the Medi-Gun, and presumably a third part that provides a power source, which is connected to the coils attached to the machine. Presumably, medicine is fed from the tank into the reactor chamber, where it is given an electrical charge to activate its healing effect. Of course, as I said, I know next to nothing about engineering, so if anyone else can make better sense of the Medi-Pak's construction I'd absolutely love to hear it.
