I love this a TON, but a massive detail that makes me love it even more is the fact that the prisoner code numbers all end with their class number. 1 for Scout and 9 for Spy, fill in the rest.

Team Fortress 2 was released on October 10th, 2007, so the first four digits might refer to the year of release. @gunslingerfan1238 correctly pointed out the inconsistent numbering of Engineer and Medic's last digit. I believe that this was an oversight since the pattern works with every other class.
