I saw the "Worlds most famous arena" in 1986 long before the 1 billion renovation and it was beautiful back then. Still beautiful today!!!!! Amazing architecture in 1964!!!! 👍🗽

I’ve been going to MSG since it opened, you can sugar coat it anyway you want but it’s the oldest venue in the NHL and NBA! For 1 Billion It should have been knocked down and replaced.

I've been to many stadiums and Madison Square Garden is the worst one. Seats are too far, concourse too small, food options suck and there's no patio to get fresh air at. Staples Center on the other hand has been replicated so much that it itself has become the standard arena for not just the US, but the entire world. Most people have no idea that Staples Center was the first of its generation
