Tom: Great video, if a little chaotic. The house is lovely but please don't destroy that beautiful period fireplace if and when you knock through either side. Also, I'm pretty sure the fireplace in the sitting room/lounge is a Minster stone one. These are much prized and should be retained. Remember, it is an older property (1920/30's ?) and making it much more modern internally is no way to improve the value. Many peeps buy an older property and then spend so much time and money ripping out all the original internal features they would have been wiser buying a modern house in the first place. Good luck anyway.

More of this please, love you playing and her direct responses. Aren't you worried the (slight) lack of depth in the current garage will be an issue with a stacker? That roof and the garage door frames look like an issue to me. It's a way bigger project getting that going, tho I can imagine you kicking yourself in a while for staying limited by building onto instead of rebuilding a bit of the garage. Either way, looking forward to the next ep's!

What should I do if I find stag beetle larvae? You're unlikely to see a stag beetle larva unless you accidentally dig one up. If you do, try to put it back exactly where you found it. If that's not possible, bury it in a safe place with as much of the rotting wood from its original location as possible.
