The chant is actually one of the hardest things I've ever seen Al perform. It requires at least 3 people with perfect pitch, good memorisation skills, being able to subdivide 16th notes in a pseudo 3/16 check pattern, plus being ok with looking like complete idiots; but it's so damn cool!

Definitely very difficult and impressive, but as someone who sings in a choir but doesn't have perfect pitch, it could definitely be done without it.

I've always considered "Yoda" to be Weird Al's magnum opus, simply for the Yoda chat part. It's his "Bohemian Rhapsody" or his "Stairway to Heaven" Honestly brilliant.

MY Weird Al story.....Went to see him when he played here in MT at least 20 years back. GREAT show with the audience doing the lyrics trough-out the show. Many of us wearing Hawaiian shirts too. The show is over and I meet our local District Judge, in his Hawaiian shirt. He was a tough guy, always problematic when he was involved with one of my cases. From that time forward he and I were on FAR better terms. Thanks Al!

I'm glad somebody brought up the keyboardist, MISTER Reuben Ventierra. He always does a super job. But I've noticed something about him. He's not as enthusiastic looking as he was before.
