It's all processed chicken. I used to work for the company that make MgNuggets for UK & Ire. They use real chicken breasts, mince them, add some brine then chill it to - 1.8'C.Then forming machines called Revo's for the small pieces. It all then goes down a 1metre wide belt whereby is gets the coatings added/applied by Opti machines. It's then part cooked and then frozen by a spiral freezer, then the pieces put into a bag then sealed and boxed. All kept at - 18'C until in shop. There you go now you know. It's the same process for McNuggets/TGI's/Birdseye. How this helps you grow knowledge of what you are buying and consuming. I've been managing in food industry for 26 years and worked for most big players Heinz now KraftHeinz, Pepsi, Britvic ( Tango), Tyrrell Crisps, Greencore, famous breweries 👍
