Pokemon FireRed Nuzlocke Part 9 - Giovanni is a Gym Leader?!

Viridian City's Gym Leader returns! It's not someone we would have expected! We also head to Victory Road. That happens too.
Rules:
1. You can only catch the first Pokémon you encounter in each area. If there are duplicates, you can keep looking until you encounter a different Pokémon you don't have.
2. If your Pokémon faints, it's considered dead. You have to store it in the PC or release it. In Generations 1-3 Poison hurts your Pokémon outside of battle. If it faints in the overworld, it doesn't count as a death.
