Haven’t flown Thai First, but I have flown Thai business. Solid, comfortable product. Also flown in cattle class and it’s a decent product. I’ve never had any issues either with the hard product or soft product. Where Thai fails is in the ground support staff. Forget about telephone or chat customer service. Neither seems available in the U.S. if Thai strengthened that aspect of their operation, they’d rise in the annual rankings.

Yea, I flew with their economy too, not bad either. I like Thai food, so the inflight meals tasted good for me😬😬😬😬. Hope they can start some route from Bangkok to US so more people can experience their flights. And thanks for watching and commenting ❤️❤️❤️❤️

@@paulkazzer some flights they don’t always give the hospitality to everyone even if they do to some passengers. I can confirm cause I took 2 flights with the airline. First flight, only 1 flight attendant gave me the hospitality, and the second flight, only 2 did.

Thank you Momo for this nice glimpse of Thai culture.and cuisine. I am a european westerner from France and Italy, therefore it is interesting for me to appreciate the refined decoration in the lounge and in the aircraft with beautiful colours, the exquisite meals on board served by elegant kneeling flight attendants, as well as the escort to the gate... You were pampered like a royal, Momo,💕💕 As an aside I think that the first class looks like an upper business classs, no privacy, except for the people sitting next to the windows. I noticed also a very turbulent landng. Anyway, thanks again Momo ❤❤❤❤👏👏👏🌷🌷🌷🌷🥰🥰🥰

Haha, yes, the service was exceeding my expectation, I guess that’s how the royals in Thailand are treated 😬😬😬😬. The lounge and aircraft did show a lot of Thai traditional elements. In addition, Thailand is the land of smile, so I did experience a lot of smile and warm welcome during the whole experience both on the ground and in the sky . I like Thai food, so the breakfast tasted really good for me. I wish there are sliding doors for the seats, however , if there were, I probably wouldn’t be able to steal the window view 😉😉😉😉. It was overall a really pleasant experience for me . Thanks a lot for your watching , commenting and support ❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘!!!

There was not a full meal on the flight 🥲 I think because it was a red eye flight ✈️. I wish I could try more food on the airplane. However the food in the lounge was pretty good . Thanks a lot for watching and commenting ❤️❤️❤️.

People are avoiding booking on Boeing planes like the plague because of the recent incidents. And an ex-Boeing whistleblower, John Barnett, was found dead by "suicide" just over a week ago who worked at the company as a quality manager. He retired 7 years ago. In the days before his death, he had been giving evidence in a whistleblower lawsuit against the company. Make of that what you will.🤔

I flew with Thai airways with 2 flights Last month. Great airline, though food was bad on my second flight that I wasted half of the main course for both the dinner and breakfast. I fly economy cause I can’t really afford the higher classes, and at the same time, I want to travel as much as possible, so I stick with economy.

@@Momo-travel2022 not really. My 2 flights were from Manila to Bangkok and Bangkok to Sydney. The food in the Manila to Bangkok flight was decent, but the food on both meal services on the Bangkok to Sydney flight was garbage. Even the 2 ladies sitting next to me wasted their food. Also, they make you check one of your bags in if you have over 10 kg in total for 2 bags.

Great video, though I have to say it is sad to watch TG first class die a slow death like this. There is no justification for keeping the product on just three aircraft on short-haul routes. I have flown with them a number of times and your video brings back great memories of their first class service.

Booking first class on Thai Air is risky. The royal family has absolute priority, with no advance reservation required, even if they show up a few minutes before takeoff (it's a large group of hundreds of Thais, not just royalties). If there are no first class seats available, Thai Air kick out as many first class passengers as necessary to make room. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen. You're never sure your first class seat is guaranteed until after takeoff.
