Slipper Lobsters! YUMMY! smaller than avarage Lobsters and have no frontal Paws yet the lack of paws is compensated with the large flat Slipper like head as it is loaded with a treasure of tasty stuff! the Noodle dish itself is simply HEAVEN!!! a perfect Spring and Summer dish that could be eaten either hot or cold! though i"d prefer eating it with a thicker Udon style noodles or even simple Spagetti , thanks Guys! i'm off to get some Slipper Lobsters right now!

Well that was unsanitary ass hell, the chef didn't even clean the basin before adding the crawfish, shrimp and other ingredients. Hell, you could even see the eggs still in there. I bet it tastes ok but, enhh.

This is not lobster. This is known as Crayfish. A lobster has two large pincers or claws whilst a crayfish doesn't. A crayfish is reddish in color whilst a lobster is bluish, greenish or brownish. When it comes to flavor, crayfish is more subtle while lobster is usually more intense. Go n do u research on these seafood n post the correct name.
