今天要分享2种泰式 Pandan 鸡做法
这两种做法做出的 Pandan 鸡味道是一样的
只是准备过程和”包法”有一些不同
传统的 Pandan 鸡做法是用油炸的
如果你们不想吃得太油腻
我建议你们用烤炉以190℃ 烤25分钟
但是呢 我还是觉得用油炸出来的 Pandan 鸡味道更香 更好吃一些
你们也可以选择用鸡胸肉或鸡腿肉来做
但是我觉得用鸡腿肉做出来的口感会更好

*This recipe makes about 35 pieces of Pandan Chicken
A:
2 Lemongrass 香茅
5 Shallots 小红葱头
10 Cloves of garlic 蒜头 10瓣
1 tbsp Ginger 姜 1汤匙
50g Coriander roots 香菜根部
80g Water 水
B:
3 tsp Turmeric powder 黄姜粉 3茶匙
2 tsp Sugar 砂糖 2茶匙
1/2 tsp Salt 盐 1/2茶匙
1/2 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
1 tbsp Light soy sauce 生抽 1汤匙
2 tbsp Oyster sauce 蚝油 2汤匙
C:
600g Chicken thigh/breast 鸡腿/鸡胸肉
35 Pandan leaves 香兰叶
1.Blend ingredient A
材料A搅拌成泥状
2.Mix ingredients A + B + C - Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight
材料A + B + C混合均匀 - 冷藏腌制最少2个小时或隔夜
3.Wrap the chicken in the pandan leaves
将鸡肉包入香兰叶里
4.Fried the pandan chicken over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until cooked
下热油锅 - 中火炸4-5分钟至熟了即可
**You can also grill the pandan chicken (instead of frying) in the preheated oven at 190℃ for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
**如果不想吃得太油腻, 你可以送入已预热烤箱 - 以190℃ 烤 25分钟或至金黄色即可
