Thai chicken wrapped in Pandan Leaves (Pandanus) is is one of the best specialty chicken dishes in Thailand. The local people all South East Asia countries use pandan leaves to flavor their food ,such as to the rice, to make drinks and preparing desserts. Normally Thai people serve it as the appetizer that is ideal for party.

Ingredients

180 g chicken thigh, or chicken breast meat
9-10 pieces Pandan leaves
Vegetable oil for deep frying

1 Tsp coriander roots , minced
½ Tsp ground white pepper
½ Tbs Sugar
1 Tbs oyster sauce
1 Tsp sesame oil
3 Tbs Coconut milk
Dipping sauce
2 ½ Tbs Sugar
1 ½ Tbs Black soy sauce
1 ½ Tbs Soy sauce
½ Tsp salt
1 Tsp sesame oil
1 Tsp sesame seed , crushed
3 Tbs Water
