Greetings, Marion and a warm Hello from Sacramento, California. I love your cooking recipes for Thai, and Indo-Malayan Cusines. Right now I am marinating my chicken drumsticks. In the red curry marinade. I am filipino and Austronesian descent... So I am very familiar with Thai and Indo-Malayan Cuisines. It always smells aromatic and heavenly. I am surprised I did not attend a Culinary Cooking Course...lol hahaha....Loving it, Marion....Much love, Rudy....Do you have any recipes that include peanut sauces and Thai eggplant? If you heard of our Kare-Kare (Oxtail Soup, with Beef tripe cooked in Peanut sauce)?....Preferrably with Pork....thank you...
