Ingredients:
Meat marinade:
Garlic, 2 cloves coarsely chopped
Coriander root, 2-3 roots chopped
White pepper 6-8 corns
Soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon
Oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce, unsweetened 1 teaspoon
Coconut sugar syrup, 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon
Salad:
Onion, 1 small sliced
Cucumber, 1/2 sliced
Celery, 1 stalk chopped
Tomato, 3-4 cherry tomatoes
Coriander leaves, a bunch
Salad dressing:
Chilies, 1-2 coarsely chopped
Garlic, 2 big cloves coarsely chopped
Lime juice, 3 tablespoon
Fish sauce, 3 tablespoon
Sugar, 1.5 tablespoon
Instructions:
1) Mash garlic, coriander root and white pepper into a paste
2) Add paste and marinade ingredients onto meat and massage well and wait at least 15 minutes
3) Chop salad into edible mouthfuls
4) Grill meat on medium heat
5) Mash garlic and chili in a mortar, then add lime juice, fish sauce and sugar.
6) Mix meat, salad and marinade into a bowl

1) You can use different part of pork, shoulder and outer filet are very good.
