The lobsters look a lot different than ours here in Maine U.S.A. Ours have 2 claws on them. Cooking the shells like that smells horrible in my opinion. I'd love to try one though. I was surprised to see horseshoe crabs there. I didn't know you could eat them.

It should eaten not by roasting it. It should eaten raw. Cut into small slice (meat) dip it nice soya sauce n a dash of wasabi. Or steam it with plenty of ginger n garlic. Then add a dash of rice wine. Then top it with plenty of slice red n green chilli. Wish can get lobster at that price.
