Thanks for the all the videos of Vietnam, all very good. It's not good for them to be scamming tourists, because in the future when people realize it they won't be traveling there much and there hurting there income. So you made it back to Thailand, home again. Have a great day in PKK.

Next time, if you’re paying cash, take a video of you counting it, showing the money on the camera and giving it to the server. You could be nonchalant about it and just act like you’re saying what a great deal it is for all you get.

I will be visiting my best friend Joe who will be in Hue Hin just north of where you live. He will be there for a few months. I might go there in Feb. I will be there around a week. Wife will not be with me due to so many acting commitments. I might come back to Thailand in March ? I will be scouting places to find old American silver dollars. Hope all is going well with you.

Thank you for all your videos from Vietnam. I have travelled a lot, but Vietnam has never been on my list. So this was really helpful for me, I will visit Da Nang and HoiAn next year for sure. You guys are the best, you are gifts that keep on giving. Btw, I`m sorry about these scams. At least when you exchange money, always count them yourself before you leave the booth, do not trust the tellers. This scam happens in Thailand and Indonesia as well, they are quite clever, and difficult to discover. But insisting on counting it again, the missing money magically appears when they get the money back. Thanks again 😊😊

Hello Joe and Gift, welcome home, no scammers at your home, only freeloading monkeys swimming in the pool, lying on the loungers, cooking BBQ and the things they were doing in your bed can not be said here 😮😮😮 All good now, I threatened them with Slim Whitman- When I'm calling you and they all ran away,😂😂😂. you should get priority pass thru a travel credit card to hit lounges in bangkok aiport also the one in Da Nang is great free buffet and drinks massage chairs and computer area... All the international airports pass lounges have been great most with showers as well also can get in guests...

Unfortunately, airport prices are expensive all over the world. I fly out of Chiang Mai a week or so ago and I think I paid about Aud$10 for a coffee and muffin - lucky they were both every good. In Sydney airport its not unusual to pay Aud $20 for a beer.

Vietnam is the only place we’ve ever been scammed in fifty years of travelling Asia and your right it does leave a bad taste especially when in our case nearly every time you spend money the person you are dealing with is dishonest.

Don Mueang (Bangkok) airport has regular Thai priced food and has 7-Elevens at normal prices not all are charging outrageous prices
