They relived the "miracle" moment when they were found deep inside the flooded cave - the Thai schoolboys and their coach have been speaking for the first time about their ordeal.

One 14-year-old said it had taught him "not to live life carelessly", while another just said he'd be in big trouble with his mum.
Doctors say the boys are all in good health, despite surviving on rain water for 10 days.

The press conference showed "purity and genuine sense of humor" of all 13 boys. On the contrary of the world's anxiety over them they were just so pure and funny. The way they looked at life is so positive, optimistic and full of innocence. All are rare to find like a rare gem in this cruel world.

That is a testament to the fact that (while the kids were in the cave) the rescue team and their coach kept them calm (and even they themselves kept each other calm) and didn't tell them about how close they came to death nor of the massive amount of international effort, nor the trials and tribulations that had to go into saving them.

Yes, without Coach Ekapol I couldn't imagine what the boys would be like. In Thailand accomplished meditation forest masters have told us what meditation can do such as calming the monky mind, generate insight, slowing down metabolism, and so on. Coach Ekapol was also reported to have meditated and sent psychic energies to ask for help, which was picked up by a good master who then sent word to the authorities : )

I hope Officer Samans family can find solace in their grief.

M RG - Yes, I agreed. He should be honored as one of the heroes. I noticed the news in English both UK and US put the headlines of Charging him or suing him and put western sensibility into Thailand. They don't understand Thai culture and how Thai people think of this natural disaster. I watched many Thai news , They don't talk about charging him AT ALL but try to encourage him to move on instead.

Apparently, the coach constantly went above and beyond for the boys. He’s 25 and this was an accident. I think us in the Western world need to ask ourselves why we always need to condemn everyone. He had no malice. If they forgive him then we should too.

Oh my., how brave all of the boys showed a truly strong and resilient approach. How proud of the brave divers from all over the world plus those other special people who worked as a team tirelessly night and day to rescue all of them. The coach done good to . Keeping as calm and brave. It must of been so daunting, frightening and the courageous ability to keep calm and hopeful was immensely impressive. The world watched as this remarkable rescue enfolded. Just so amazing, I am in awe of everything that was done. All the boys and coach I send my love to them and their families!!! To all the Thai people , they are amazing to. The Navy Seal will be remembered always, so very brave, gallant and fearless. May he rest in peace. His family although heartbroken will be so proud. I send special love to them to. I hope and pray that recovery is successful given time to heal, stay strong for all concerned. Each day is anew day and I am also full of praise for medical staff etc. As they have done excellent. To the parents, I cannot imagine the absolute pain and despair you all have gone though. My love and good sentiments I send to you all. May the future hold your loved ones close and you all have an abundance of happiness.Take good care. Thank you for video and blessings and greetings and hugs from the north east of England.xoxo

Wowwww !!!!!! Wowwww !!!!!! About time we hear a good news LOL ...... , it could be worse .....you never know ?? It's soooo beautiful to see people from over the world came together to help and support each other, especially to rescue the 13 boys, Soccer Team. What a beautiful story..... when we saw the news that they all safe and sound ...... Ofcourse we could not stop the happy tear that running down our face like a water falls ..... I can imagined how difficult it must have been for the people involved in the rescue and many other who were there to support as well soooo many hours, soooo many days and nights....... through dirty water, through mud, through heavy rain etc .... You name it ..... It is a tough job. Extremely hard work .... No one complained !!!! and these 13 boys are not even their family members either !!!! Think about it !!!! This is showing us, these people are for real, they has lot of loving kindness, they are an excellent role models in our history, they are doing good karma ( meaning good actions = think positive, talk positive, doing positive jobs any thing is positive to make this world a better place to live etc..... ) isn't it wonderful ? Salute to all of them ..... And look at the result , thank goodness The outcome was successful, outstanding, the job well done!!!!! and thank you all of you who made it possible. This is the good news indeed, people who has good heart an amazing story, we will remember this for the rest of our life. ( very sorry for the family and other Navy who had passed away, may he rest in peace !!!! ) Now ..... Relax ...... Take a deep breath in slowly.... and breath out slowly ...... through your nose , close your eyes and sending this loving kindness to yourself, your family members, your friends, your pets and even the strangers ..... May you all be well, happy & healthy, may you be free from all the emotional & physical suffering, whatever goodness that you have done, may these goodness be shared by all Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu! Be kind to yourself guys ...... Life is very short sooooo enjoy it while you can ..... Take it easy ..... and you never know what's around the corner????? Always watch your back and be mindful..... The Buddha said " giving is the most beautiful feeling you can imagined " and at the end when your time is up you can not take anything with you even your body. And we truly believed that Jesus Chris and non believers also has beautiful loving kindness as well as a human beings !!!! Definitely it proved how people came together to help and support each other during the danger time . Thank you for your time to read this long story . LOL ..... from us Sydney Australia. Cheers from O & S xox

Anyone would have gone crazy after a day of being trap in a cave several kilometers away from the entrance with everything under water and rough and narrow terrain with no light and food and possibility of surviving. Eleven Days before they were discovered , clearly the coach had a big role in keeping them calm and finding the safest place possible.

I believe the kids will handle their misadventure very well. Kids can handle many things better than adults. These children also grew with religion, and nothing is stronger then that. The coach was trained as a monk.....he knows where to find peace of mind...what he was keeping kids alive with. They will with the rest of their lives be close to God.

Remarkable human resilience and perseverance under stress. The ability to work together to solve complex problems, brought these young men back to the surface, out of the cave. It would do them all good to go back to the cave when it's not raining, walk in and walk out again. Like getting back on a horse after falling off, the mind is a tricky thing. A subconscious mind will hold onto that fear and follow you around. I also recommend learning to swim. Thank God for the entire team involved here.

Lasma freez . Miracle definition: *An effect or extraordinary event in the physical world that surpasses all known human or natural powers and is ascribed to a supernatural cause*. This was all wonderfull, ingenious, compassionate, amazing and a lot of other things, but is was not a miracle. This was humans busting their butts to save others humans. Give them some credit.

So sad that the Thai Navy Seal diver died during the rescue efforts. He will always be remembered as a national hero. May he rest in peace for eternity.

Thailand and surrounding areas will tell this story to kids 100 years from now. And probably warn them to stay out of caves, at least any time close to the rainy season.
