Hello! - Passport or travel document with an expiry date of no less than 6 month and at least two blank pages in the passport. - Visa application form (filled out) - Recent photograph of the applicant - Booking flight air ticket or e-ticket - Proof of financial means as bank statements of the last 3-6 months (10,000 baht per person/20,000 baht per family) such as bank statement - Proof of Hotel or private accommodation booking - Fee payment Some embassies might also require a letter from your employer, travel insurance, and/or cover letter explaining the purpose of your visit.
