Hello, I will fly to Thailand from Vancouver and will arrive on May 4, 2022. I haven't applied for the Thailand Pass. The new policy, no requirement for PCR test when arrival and SHA+++ hotel, has just been released. However, the registration of new entry measures will be opened from April 29, 2022 onwards. Can I get my Thailand pass before I depart on May 3, 2022 at Vancouver if I apply for the pass on April 29, 2022? If it does not work, when would you suggest I apply for the Thailand pass under the new policy?

There's quite a possibility you won't get your Thai pass before your arrival date...the site and officials will be overwhelmed with applications....knowing how slow and beuracratic they are....better to apply for Thai pass on 29 April and change your arrival date for peace of mind.

You unvax only need PCR test before flight 72hrs, Thai Pass code, and insurance. No quarantine. There’s another option…

Hi, I'm flying to Phnom Penh Cambodia with Thai Airways and a 1hour 30mins stopover in Bangkok I know I don't need a Thailand Pass as I'm not entering Thailand but only in transit, and I am a UK national. Will I still need insurance for 1 hour and 30mins in transit? If I do then I don't see the logic!!!

An update infor for all. My Thailand Pass was approved on 30th May morning. (within 48hrs as mentioned) if all documents are in order.I managed to fly into Bangkok Don Mueang.The immigration sighted TP approval. Everything was smooth and all cleared in 10 mins.👍🏻👍🏻
