Thanks for taking us on a tour through the San Patong market Ally. My wife remembers going there with her parents when she was a child. I've never been, but years back my wife told me it was an excellent place to find a decent assortment of good used motorbikes for sale. I've watched this video of yours twice now. It genuinely makes me feel like I'm there. The people, the energy of it all, that gentleman singing so beautifully, it really fills me with happiness and anticipation. Fantastic stuff. The Buffalo Market is a great place to wander and bring visitors for a real taste of Lanna culture. Good place to buy plants and produce + odd seasonal things like roasted Acorns!

It's a full on market for sure. Trading in fighting cocks is a serious business up the back. Animal handling in Thailand can be disturbing but likewise watching animals killed in Europe. Interesting to see the mark up in gunja plant's, perhaps the new panacea stimulating high flyer's in Thailand. Hoping pilots don't smoke a few reefers before take off!
