That was a very informative video . We also want to avoid the ponies , could you tell me how long did it take you to walk from where you parked your vehicle to the the glacier ?

Thank you very much for liking and appreciating. Actually we started from sonamarg market and reached their in about 70 minutes easily!

Thank you for appreciating. The glacier is about 3 KM from taxi stand, it is an easy trek and can be reached in about 1.15 hr. with photography breaks.

In June, 2023. If you are fit to walk then you can easily go without a pony, only you have to walk on the same path as pony so have to maneuver through them cautiously.
