सर असलाम वालेकुम सर मैं भारत से हूँ सर मैं आज 31 साल का हूँ और मैं कुछ दिन पहले अपना hb test करवाया तो 8 आया था आपको बताना चाहता हूँ सर जब मैं 17 साल का था मतलब सन2008 में तो मेरा hb electrophoresis हुआ था उसने कुछ भी नही आया था । सब नोर्मल था hb 12 ya 13 था उसके बाद सर 2013 में मुझे पीलिया हुआ था तो उस समय diagnosis में UNCONJUGATED HYPERBILIRUBINEMIA? Haemolytic Jaundice Dimorphic anaemia ऐसा लिखा हुआ था ओर मेरा hb 9 था hb Electrophoresis report सब नोर्मल था सक्लिंग टेस्ट भी negative था फिर 2015 में थोड़ा week लगा तो डॉक्टर के पास गया तो cbc करवाए उसने hb 9.7 tha liver test me liver साइज नोर्मल था लेकिन थोड़ा बिलीरूबिन बढ़ा था जिसने total bilirubin 2.17 था। इसने बस १ महीने का folvite, zevit pantocid yahi dawa diye the usme bhi bas 15 din hi khaya उसके बाद सर एक डॉक्टर ने कहाँ haematologist को दिखाने तो हमारे राज्य में बस एक हाई डॉक्टर है उनके पास गया था उस समय मेरा hb 10.2 था लिवर साइज़ थोड़ा बढ़ा था ओर पीलिया भी था spleen भी थोड़ा सा बढ़ा था । कुछ दिन तक खाने पीने में परहेज़ किया फिर लिवर साइज़ ओर पीलिया नही था कुछ दिन के बाद डॉक्टर बुलाए थे तो गया था उस समय मेरा टेस्ट हुआ तो hb 11.0 हो गया था ओर एक टेस्ट करवाने दिए थे उस रिपोर्ट में उसने कुछ पता नही चला उसने लिखा था increased osmotic fragility Fir uske andar bahut sa kuch likha hua Jaise autoimmunehemolytic anemia, hereditary spherocytosis or bahut sa naam tha Dusra likha tha Decreased osmotic fragility Isme thalasemmia ,enzyme abnormalities. Seems you have either carrier state of beta thalassemia or hemoglobin c disease. Build up your vitB12, folic acid, pyridoxine, vitD, vitA, vitC, vitK, calcium, zinc, phosphate, and, iron with oral preparations. Repeat CBC and hemoglobin electrophoresis on hplc after 8 weeks.
