@@TimCulture Late reply but for anyone reading this, the bridge breaking is dependent on how many eggs you break. It breaks faster the more you destroy. Going from doesn't break at all to only a few seconds if you destroy enough.

I remember beating hosts that would just run away from me in the castle area, by chasing them down the bridge and fighting them like this. I also got one host who kept running and hiding in the aerie side, by smashing all his eggs in all 3 nest spots. After a few minutes he found a way to get around me and ziplined past, too far for me to catch, but you can't outrun the dragon if all the eggs are smashed >:) HOST OF EMBERS DESTROYED

Break enough eggs near the dragon/wyvern spawns and it will trigger a timed event, break even more and the bridge would have been broken before you even got there.
