I'm surprised the Anor Londo rampart that the demons drop you off at after Sen's Fortress didn't make the list, it's a perfect spot for me: It's got the rampart walls to protect from the wind while skinning up, an AMAZING sunset view of the city and it's architecture, and you can even go down the stairs and hang out with the firekeeper near the bonfire if you want, she's pretty chill as long as the sun is shining. The giant guards don't bother you as long as you appreciate the artwork behind them from a distance, and you've even got a path leading up to the Duke's archives if you want to go for a different vibe.

Sadly he’s an orphan but his spot makes our sessions so worthwhile.
