I have tears in my eyes listening to the those words. I think every dog owner will have had a tear listening to that, well-written & well-read. You can see my three babies in the picture attached, Lilly, Rosie my Goldies & Norman my Chocolate Labrador. All are loved dearly. If someone were to ask me how will you cope when they pass, I won't. I don't deal with loss well. They are my children, my best friends & my life. Listening to that just made me see even more how precious our dogs & cats, animals in general are. Treasure every moment. True. When I was young. I bragged to my friends I have a brother... It was my dog... Then later on.. I had a golden retriever who got 9 puppies... These puppies were born on valentine's day.. it's like a gift.. 😊 Its like these puppies were my children.. one puppy dead and I was so sad.. I didn't anticipated that I will be so emotional loosing a puppy.. I just think that puppy ( beautiful healthy puppy) is destined to be in heaven in such a young age.
