When Lou and I think of what we are grateful for this year, this community is top of the list! Taking the time to celebrate Thanksgiving aboard Penelope was such a fun challenge and made us appreciate our tiny kitchen even more. I feel like we need to have more feasts like this in the future!! What are you grateful for this holiday season?! Sending all our love, Dana

I’m selling my home and going to live full time in the road with my 110 pound 🐶 dog! To be as young as yall are and already living your dream is a wonderful thing. Sooo so so many people go their whole lives never doing so. I’m happy for yall. Genuinely happy for yall!! Happy sails! Bless you both and Penelope! ⛵️

It looks great! Very inspiring. If you are loking for a safe sustainable way of cooking, there is also the Ecostoof. In the Ecostoof the food prepares it self. Place your ingredients in the pan, bring to the boil and transfer the pan into the Ecostoof. The Ecostoof is suitable for any type of pan. The insulation ensures that the food stays heated and cooks automatically, without consuming energy and without burning.

That meal was incredible. Bravo Zulu! Seems pretty warm and a late sunset for Thanksgiving way up there in the northeast. We have spent a few cold nights and even days last week ourselves as we have travelled from South Carolina through Georgia and now into Northern Florida. The Rasmus sure can be a rocky boat, on anchor or just motoring. We try to always at least motorsail if we can not just sail because motoring without a sail to stabilize the roll is often uncomfortable unless there is a dead calm sea. That's the downside of a shallow draft keel. But it sure comes in handy in the Georgia ICW shallow waters. I hope you guys can stay warm this winter.

That’s gotta be tough to stay warm on the water like that during the winter ay? I have no idea, just curious though 😊 ❄️

When you prebake a pie shell, often you put "pie weights" in it so it doesn't puff up. My pie weights are either rice poured over the crust on foil or beans poured over the shell on foil. Great looking meal. Its inspired me to get on with my Thanksgiving meal (its Tuesday b4 Thanksgiving)
