Dang, that turned out perfect. I appreciate the effort you put into researching these recipes. I should do that more so I don't look like a "dip-terd." Great info, brother.

Great, creative recipe!! I use a gallon ziploc bag too for making fatties. Saw John from Masterbuilt use that method. Perfect when you need the meat pressed out thin. Looked so delicious. Thanks for sharing😃

Weber Kettle Club, I stuff mine with anything. Mac N Cheese is a favorite. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oYeqXnZ_nsx7h7c. Cuban Fatty probably second favorite. Now that I have a Weber kettle and the Slow N Sear, can't wait to try one out using it.

Nice cook! Kinda curious what happens to the sauce you put in the center. Does it end up mostly in the stuffing or the meat?
@Weberkettleclub7 жыл бұрын
The sauce mostly remains. Some of the liquid from the sauce is absorbed into the dry stuffing, so the stuffing takes on cranberry flavor as well as turkey/pork flavoring. In previous cooks I tried cooking the stuffing first (meh) as well as adding butter on the inside FOR the stuffing to absorb (good, but not as good as just cranberry + dry stuffing mix)
