Week 1 - Focus on finding more places in your gameplay to apply pressure (faster 1st man challenges, demos during rotations). Goal - as a single player, have more impact on the game overall 5 min: recovery/movement mayham 5 min: speed on and off the ball Biddles consistency (55C9-36FE-613D-7F12): good placement and power on each shot Corrupted v3 (AF68-891D-0AD5-19FA): hit doubles or redirects. Speed, cleanliness, and creativity Fast aerials (24A2-849A-610E-C67C): no bounces, good power and placement Catch & Dribble (772F-E563-3F9F-0EC8): consistency on catches, creativity on shots Biddles catches (3EA9-533B-4329-67B3): ditto from catch & dribble Rings WS map Dribbling challenge WS map Week 2 and 3 - Aggressive and confident; playing at top speed, while maintaining control; polish recoveries to enable this playstyle 1 hr: freeplay practicing setup and mechanics ***WHILE MAINTAINING CONTROL*** Shooting (4912-A5C9-9A56-555D): shooting is 80% approach, 20% shot Biddles consistency (55C9-36FE-613D-7F12) Backboard clears (5D28-2D14-F60E-A21A) First touch (4B9D-F3A8-DF18-5EC1): Focus on 1 of 2 things; either the first touch, or a specific mechanic you want to train after the first touch Eversax airdribble WS map Air dribble challenge WS map Most importantly - PLAY RANKED. Getting scored on for messing up IS NOT A BAD THING - it's immediate feedback on if you did the mechanic correctly or not. Don't stop trying because of mechanical error, use that as a cue to know what to work on improving, and KEEP TRYING. Week 4 - During your possession, start prioritizing your decision-making: 1. Pass to uncontested teammate, 2. Solo play with minimum of 2 touches, 3. Booming clear to open space Pick from previous 3 weeks the items you feel you need the most work on Play ranked!!!

@notsilver220
@notsilver220 11 ай бұрын
@@pppoopoo1811If that’s how you feel then you should probably do a training day and then a ranked day alternating. When you play on ranked days you’ll know what you need to improve on and can work on it the following training day. But overall it really wouldn’t hurt to just keep up the training and not just stop after the one month. Just my thoughts, train however you like

6:29 Hey thats me! Signing up for Rl-U has been the best choice for coaching for me as @Jonk can be a real hard ass when you need him too. I started off hating the training and seen no point in hitting the same shot over and over. But after Jonk watching replays of mine and pointing out mistakes that can easily be fixed with training. And re-enforcing the need for training, I now try and at least get an hours worth of good training in before I play. Also, as I've told Jonk. I need the hard push, not just basic this could be better bs. So instead he treats me like a GC (Peak is 10mmr out of C3), he puts me into spots where I need to workout what I could have done better in certain spots. Instead of straight telling me right away, this really helps as I can see what I should do in the higher ranks later on. Highly recommend RL-U if you are looking for amazing coaching sessions and people to play with!

Great to see the Wayprotein's Shooting Consistency training pack involved in your training (8:10). It's my most used training pack for more than a year & it carries me in champ lobbies against GC smurfs they can't save 70MPH bangers I put on their net from a variety of angles. 100% agree with the note about how you approach the ball. If there was only 1 training pack to pick I would pick that one.

@ryankozlowski3598
@ryankozlowski3598 Жыл бұрын
I was also thinking of this while watching the vid. Been a c3 (gc peak) for 4-5 years now on Xbox and have always felt too uncomfortable to switch my 6+ years of only air roll exp. to air roll and air roll left. In some ways it's been a lack of a want to improve, but for a few months now I've been putting in more and more time only to feel too slow with aerial movement or have bad recoveries due to a lack of air roll left. Every air roll left video I've seen usually explains the basics and tornado spins, but generically ends up with "your going to have to play with it for countless hrs and mess around until you learn it inside and out", and adding to that usually never has a controller cam to see what exactly they're doing. TLDR: I would pay money for a good air roll left tutorial at this point, or just pointers for ways console players can improve their game, so hopefully Thanovic considers it!

For every bronze - Champion wondering. No you shouldn't train like Thanovic it won't make you much better or something. But what you can do is a replay review while you can do it with a coach or a higher ranked person you can also do it alone if you focus on yourself and your rotational and mechanical mistakes you do and not ur teammate it doesn't matter even if he does a million mistakes and you do a single one that causes a goal or leaves him alone in a 2v1 you can always find something to work if you want to find something to work on because let's be real the one who isn't trying to hard enough won't improve with that said my job is done here keep improving my dear plat friends bye.

I’m gonna be honest, this ain’t for the weak, I tried the warmup for two days by literally creating a routine with notes by watching this video a couple times, however, after spending 2-3 hours in training and hopped into some games, I went from constant mechanical plays as a GC2 to being beaten to every ball and not being able to complete shots.
