Actually tofu is very tasty. Really depends on how you cook it. Marinate for 30mins with chilli powder, turmeric and salt and air fry or bake it. It’s pretty tasty. Use medium firm tofu though not firm or silken.

Hi Tharun, I am vegetarian and finding protein source is way difficult. If I need to get 136 grams of protein, it shoots up my carb intake but I need to stay within 181 grams of carb a day. How do you advise to increase the protein while having a watch on carbs too. What's the trade off? Please reply

Try having uncooked fruits+veg for breakfast Coconut, Papaya, Apple, Peaches, Strawberries, Cucumber, Brocolli, Cauliflower, Pomegranate, Etc. are low on Carbs... Avoid Banana, chikoo, Potato, etc. which are high on carbs... Also, avoid taking white sugar and try Panavellam or Nattu Sakkarai only... Especially cut down your milk to only 3 nights a week, without added sugar in any form... Good Luck...
