I have heard people say that nutrients wil not get absorbed in caffeine' s presence. Not sure if there any truth in it. Please clarify. Thanks

For vegetarians ,pls mention grains : pulses / lentil ratio to get complete protein . Is there any ratio like 100g grains when taken with 25 g pulses gives complete protein or it's just enough if grains and pulses are taken together in every meal without considering any ratio.

சார் நீங்கள் சொல்வது Crude protein மட்டும்தான்.100 கிராம் (CP)புரதமும் முழுவதும் செரிக்காது (digestion) .செரித்தாலும் உட்கிரகிக்காது (absorbtion)20-30} gram மலத்துடன் வெளியேறிடும்.ஆகையால் DCP digestive crude ptotein யை கணக்கில் கொண்டு சொன்னால் இன்னும் சிறப்பாக இருக்கும்.mono peptide ,dipeptide, polypeptide ,என Amninoacids combination பொறுத்து புரதத்தின் செரிமானம் Absobtion இருக்கும்.
