engl always sounds really good

The two gain channels are not 100% the same. The first one is tighter and better suited for riffage. The second lead is more about lead, has more saturation and is overall rounded and less tight. It is also more sensitive on boost from pedals compared to the first lead channel.

I have the fireball 25 as well and I have been super happy with both of the Engls that I've had the pleasure of playing 😁

hi. I think Powerball 2 unique be it has depth control and for me it its more body sound also even compare to Founders/Savage mk2. they has more clean/clarity sound on high gains which is not good if we want more punch sound like at Powerball 2

Yeah. I wish more ENGLs had a proper depth control like the Powerball and the Invader.

What i hear here is how amp should be sound in right way. What is the guitar configuration? As i know there is no exist a Fireball 2, on a comparisons Powerball and Fireball sounds pretty close but Powerball have more sound tweaks.

The current Fireball 100 (end of year 2009) is a kind of Fireball II. The Fireball Mark one (60 watts) and Powerball Mark one had a mirror front panel.

@@enuxsCorrect. It also sounds close to the Powerball II’s lead 1 channel, but with much more gain straight from the start while the Powerball’s gain needs to be dialled higher to reach matching saturation. Both can crush it for high gain, but Fireball 100 is a more simplified and straight to the point amp in that regard.
