The depression glass with the candle was my pick, just pop it in the freezer a few minutes and that candle would come right out. Loved the Dept 56 tureen, cannot imagine anyone is going to walk in there and pay $40 for it! Enjoy the vacay!

Laguna Niguel is a beach city in Orange County California. I saw Shakespeare by the Sea A Midsummer Nights Dream performed by Orange Coast College students in summer 1992 with my mom at Golden Lantern Park. Shooting stars overhead. Absolutely beautiful. A truly memorable night!

Inflation took over the already greedy Goodwills. I shop Goodwill to buy summer play clothes ( mostly shorts ) for my 6 yr old grandson to hang around in while school is out. Last yr shorts, his size at Goodwill, were $2.79 & currently in 2024 the price jumped to $4.69??!!! Just ordered some cheap shorts from Amazon. Yep, I paid a tad more but didn’t get out in hot / horrid weather, use gas, search through used clothes that should be marked a lil’ cheaper. 🤔🤔 To each their own I guess. 😂🤣😂

I laughed when I saw you pick up and turn over the large, colorful fish platter with Laguna Niguel 1998 on the bottom. I’m assuming that’s the Laguna Niguel in California. I used to live there. That platter has traveled far. 😁

That's what I thought, too! And the squat little shape of it reminded me of the bottle India Ink came in back in the day! When I did pen and ink drawings when I was younger, I used those old pens that you would put different nibs on to use, dipping them in India Ink! Dating myself, for sure! 🤣
