🏍️🏍️🏍️
On Moto Control channel you will find videos about motorcycles, motorcycle riding techniques, tips & tricks and online motorcycle training for beginner and advanced riders!
A little info about me. My name is Andrei Bodrov, originally I'm from Moscow, Russia, and now I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Back in Moscow I was a motorcycle instructor and creator of Moto Control Beginner & Advanced motorcycle rider courses, which quickly became the most popular courses in Moscow (well, at least the advanced one😁). My advanced training course makes emphasis on slow speed riding techniques at first (such as good clutch and throttle control, proper riding posture, proper use of vision, etc.), then proceeds to more advanced techniques (such as aggressive braking, trail braking, maximal lean angle). The course incorporates a lot of exercises from DOSAF slow speed riding (similar to police rodeo like motorcycle training in USA), braking and cornering exercises and motogymkhana style riding. And now, since I actively learn English - I decided to post some useful videos for both your and mine practice!😉
🏍️🏍️🏍️
Since everyone writes this, it's necessary, I suppose 🤷, so here we go. Disclaimer: Ride at your own risk, you are responsible for your own safety. Me, Andrey Bodrov and my channel, Moto Control disclaim any liability incurred in connection with the use of riding techniques from this channel. Use common sense, wear full protective gear and ride in a safe and predictable manner!

Trust the machine 😊 I just passed my closed circuit exam, I had trouble with the figure 8. Then my instructor took the bike, showed me, even using just 1 hand. That made something click in my mind. Like 'if he can do it, I can do it'. Looking where you want to go was the key, the bike will follow underneath you.

Got two new tires few weeks ago. What a huge difference related to the almost eight year old tires that have been on my bike. Completely new much safer experience and a so much more fun and leaning possibility. Never expected that. Little investment but a huge win.

Tires and a tiny little bike doesn't hurt either. There's a reason people take the smallest bike they can find to their licensing test.

Motocontrol) as you can see with this low speed maneuver the rider has trained in Russia under many harsh conditions… at slow speed the driver is covering rear brake and counter balancing for precise control like a mig foxbat doing barrel roll

Hey, do you have a video of feeling the grip? Like if the bike starts doing this... stop leaning or if the tires sound like that stop leaning... I want to break the fear factor when leaning but dunno what to expect... For example i go really smooth on the corner wanting to lean more little by little but suddenly there is a point of the leaning that the bike "wants to lean faster" and it feels like it's going to the ground and then i stop leaning... So any kind of video of "Feedback of the bike" like those mentioned here? Rather than "The key is practice" type of video. I want to know what to expect and what to listen to when the bike is giving you "tips". Thanks!!

@MasterAaron 10 ай бұрын
Usually to feel static grip, before bike has warmed up, I drag my boot across the asphalt as I'm riding slowly. The only way to break the fear factor is just do it. Otherwise you will just have to watch other faster riders and copy to a lower extent. I know it's not an option for everyone, but to find the LIMIT leaning until you fall at a slow speed is a good way to get a feel for things.
@tamboleo
@tamboleo 10 ай бұрын
@@MasterAaron Much appreciated, really! In normal circumstances trying to lean more to break the fear, with normal dry weather and all what's the first thing you could lose the front or the back? (Not sudden acceleration or deceleration) And what would you feel before loosing it?
@MasterAaron
@MasterAaron 10 ай бұрын
@@tamboleo Unless you go over oil or something like that which you will be able to see it won't be instantaneous. You'll be able to turn the handle bars if you lose front wheel traction above 12mph. Supposed you lose traction there you put weight on the opposite side peg of which you're leaning as well as apply throttle to straighten up. If you lose rear wheel just keep throttle still slide about and try to get both wheels in line then you can continue riding normally. Otherwise if you just drop the throttle you could flip.

@thanosetsitty1896

Sport bikes are not designed to do slow speeds. They are designed for the track. That’s why their turning radius is wide and need extreme lean to it turn tighter.

@thanosetsitty1896 but they are still not impossible to them at slow speed. I've only seen the Asian dudes do them at faster rate doing slow speed stuff.
