Most big box stores and places like farm supply stores have a 1-year guarantee for any tree or shrub purchased, that doesn't make it. We keep a file with our receipt and staple the tags from the trees, etc we purchased, to it, so if one dies, it's easy to find, dig up the tree or shrub, and return it for a replacement or refund. We've done that a few times, and appreciate the stores that make that process easy. Maybe get an accordion file and labe each section by two or three months, and put the receipt with the tag from the tree, paper clipped or stapled together, i.e. January/February. March/April..and so one. You could also get an accordion file marked with the months, in the same way, and put the seed packet in the month that you planted those seeds, and you could even have a map of your garden, to label what you plant in each row, so you can revisit it after harvest of any crop, to mark down how you did, the yield, any damage, drought or too much rain and where it helped or hurt your yield. It's hard the first year, but using graph paper helps a lot! You could have a separate page for garden notes, where you record when you plant each crop, and how they do.

My new peaches this year had something that looked like spotty rust take over the leaves, almost all the leaves fell off. I got some copper spray and sprayed them, and boosted them with some Epsom salt and I guess whatever it was was taken care of in time, the leaves have now grown back and they seem to be doing ok

Andy, I’ve found that a humidity dome really helps get cuttings to root. I use apple juice jugs with the bottom cut out. I learned how to do this from Mike Kincaid (he has a ton of great videos showing how to propagate from cuttings). Keeping the leaves from drying out is the key to success. You may need to cut off some of the leaves so most of the energy can be spent on growing roots instead of keeping leaves alive. Love y’all.

Hope the fire blight doesn’t get your pear trees too. A copper fungicide spray might help in fall after leaf drop, and again in the spring before it buds. I used it for peach curl and worked well. Try looking up a recipe for “ Bordeaux spray”.

You can spray your apple trees as soon as they start breaking bud and are about to bloom to prevent the fire blight. You'll have to do that every year because it's spread by bees and wind. Jason over at Cog Hill Farm or Petals From The Past can tell you what works best for their apple and pears. Peach trees are also susceptible to fire blight. The next time you have one die look at the roots for knots, it could be root knot nematodes.

Love watching your Garden videos. Y’all are a lot like my way of planting , try new ways. Have you ever put a sponge under a tomato plant? I have taken tablespoon of Epson salt per gallon of water put sponge in the water to soak up the water 1/2 squeeze water out & put in bottom of hole for plants. 👍👍

You can do a soil analysis & find out what's in your soil. If you have blight then you need to remove that plant & burn it. You can get a good fruit tree fertilizer as well. A good vitamin boost before winter might help

If there are pear trees anywhere within 200 yards of your apple trees that is probably the cause of the fireblight in your apple trees. Pear trees carry fireblight but can live with it while apples will probably die if exposed to fireblight. IF not pear trees it also could be cedar trees which can also carry fireblight but it is usually pear trees.

Hey y’all !!!!!! Andy is right about hot weather making your peppers hotter. If you want your peppers to be their hottest, the ideal growing conditions are as follows: you want to water them just enough to keep them alive. The dryer the soil and the hotter the weather, that will drive up the capsaicin level in your peppers and maximize that burn !!!!!!
