I really love your page and your analysis on these athletes. Simply put, you hit the nail on the head with your comments about top speed runners. We have Tori Bowie, Carmelita Jeter, ShaCarri, Allyson Felix, Elaine, Shericka, Kerron, VCB, Bolt, Seville, Noah Lyles, Kerley, etc., that the front runner can NEVER feel safe when they’re behind them! 10.83 fully loaded, in cold weather (it was 50’s that day….the highest temperature was around 63 in the city for the day) means ShaCarri is loading up to run a crazy fast time in Paris. Her running the 200M from behind (remember, she usually runs this from the front for 150) and catching folks means she’s working on her endurance, despite the slow times. She may be in double shape. By the way, have you seen ShaCarri’s new start? Did you see that training video with her doing starts earlier that day? WOW…her start looks AMAZING this year, and I think she’s going for the World Record this year or next…that start combined with her top speed is terrifying. She had 10.65 into a headwind with a bad start…imagine her with a good start!

They put in many extra hours of hard work, and the numerous hours of traveling and training takes a lot out of them both physically and mentally. It's easy for us to sit back, sip our beverage, snack on something, watch the race and try to judge others, but can we take the track ourselves and do any better? Yes, employee of the week goes to S.R., and last week was S.M. Congrats young ladies! But next week, it may be someone else. I feel like Julian Alfred will go into the 100m finals as an underdog and might to something special. She is my favorite AFTER the Jamaican ladies. Maverick, we need some more peeping fi know wah really a gwaan inah the big 3 camp🤗

so wait, Sha'Carri 5th best? Stop it. LOL, I wish you were here to bet. Sha' blows that strong St. Lucian out with the turbo boost acceleration phase ...

Alfred looking good...that said, july and august is quite some time away...100m Finals at the Olympics is the ultimate talk...these races are important but they not the end all be all...shelly and shericka not going to 10.5s...elaine have enough time to get herself together she the only one that can run that time. that said shelly and shericka can run 10.6s...realistically other than shacarri dina and alfred looking good..alfred still coming off that 60m win, if she can work on her maintaining she has a chance...that said, shericka is the most fit person right now...elaine is still gonna be a wild card right down to the wire...i thought ta lou would have done better in this race was well.

Maverick you have to understand Elaine first race so for you or anyone to used this performace to write her offor to be jugemental.Sha Carri is doing well but it is not crunch time yet for her to determine her the winner of any event in the future.

I’m glad you are being objective. USA will dominate most of the sprinting events. JA men are not even mentioned much these days. As for the relays I think USA men and women will win both the 4x4 and 4x1. As much as a love Elaine it’s going to take a miracle. USA will dominate this year in tack sprints for sure.

As a Jamaican I have to keep it real she is the deal and she and her spirit is good for the sport and there is no fun in sports without competition and rivalry let’s see what happens in Paris with all of them being healthy hello watch out for Alfred hmm sneaking

But maverick memba we no see Shelly yet! Last year she battled a minor injury and she still finished on the podium and training has been looking spectacular so far so we don’t knw yet for shelly

We don't know what's going on with a runner, we need to wait, and stop the hyping. It's the first time seeing Elaine, and she did what she did

Obviously Sha’carri is the favorite to win the gold (and rightly so cuz she is showing up and delivering)….BUT I strongly believe Shericka is gonna take that double in Paris on August 3 and August 6! And I really like the fact say nobody naa too pree her…yet
