Have a question, how does the physic’s for Sonic Generation’s (in term’s of moving and running around normally, jumping and Homing-Attacking) feel in comparison to Sonic Adventure 1?

It was shown in the Famitsu Livestream that Competition Modes are accessible from each respective game's title screen, not as a separate mode. So maybe it will not be stretched and finally look great in Classic Mode? By the way, I can see Sonic 3's Competition Mode has been completely redesigned and doesn't use scaled down graphics anymore.

Since it is a remaster, why not have it side by side, so it's close to the original aspect ratio and doesn't look super stretched.

@@GottaBeFrank I don't think side by side would really work in a game based around horizontal speed. Believe me, once you're used to 16:9 in Sonic games, it's hard to go back. And since Genesis was technically wider than 4:3 (it's really not 4:3, people just forget about overscan, it's just like Nintendo systems actually being narrower than 4:3) we would actually lose even more horizontal view than you think. But again, we still haven't seen how it looks in Classic Mode, which is actually the remasters in 4:3, and not emulation like some people think.

My guess is that it'll play like how it does on my iPad. It's in a 4:3 aspect ratio and it plays like Sonic. You just see less than what is displayed on a phone.

We can still give them a chance. Criticism doesn't mean we hate it and will never trust them. We're just discussing things that seem off to us. It's not like we're going on camera to say the franchise is dead.

@LegoSonicFan17 look, we need to criticize Sega because they need to be aware of what they're doing wrong like marketing Sonic Frontiers incorrectly. Not critizing them is basically allowing them to continue their bad business practices.

I mean: A) we can still give Sega a chance while calling out things that concern us and B) I've been "giving Sega a chance" since Sonic and the Secret fucking Rings. Sega has had over an actual fucking decade since 06 to clean up the brand and it's been rocky at best with only their and Sonic team's shared incompetence to blame. How about instead of me giving Sega a chance they give me a reason to care?
