A few things happen at slightly different times than in the manga. In the manga when the three adventures found Rimiru in Shizu's body crying they assumed he was crying over Shizu but it was actually because he didn't have a gender.

I think it'd been more amazing of the Goblin King was summoned to help fight at first. Because if you think about it, he is the most evolved Goblin of them all. Hiya guys,really like you reactions towards the episode. Like most people said, yes, he is genderless. And being a 37 years old virgin who dies because he shielded for his junior, he deserve the 30 min love from the elves before at the Dwarves Nation. His skill, degenerate (novel translate it to fusion), is a sole skill of Shizu when she was summoned. And as you see, some of his skill is upgraded. Like Black Flames. That is actually just Red Flame when Shizu was using it. But because of his blessing from Veldora, and his huge pool of mana, the skill got upgraded, results from Great Sage liking to optimize things. And if you guys remember, one of the skill optimized before was his wolf form where Rimuru got 2 horns on his head where Ranga only got one. And this time, Sticky Steel Thread was produced from Degenerate skill. Fusion of Sticky Thread and Steel Thread. Usually Rimuru can only use one skill at a time, like he cannot mimic two things at the same ime. But because Degenerate was obtained, he can use mimic human and mimic Armosaurus at same time. That old man really is OP. Minor spoilers alert!!!! The reasons they wear like samurai is because they are descendant of a samurai. World Traveler has been going to their world from long time ago, so it's not a weird thing to somehow got a samurai gone to their world before. And that samurai married one of the oni princess. And, the pink haired girl is better in magic than the rest of them, hence she can use some useful spells, and that was why she was able to see the Black Flames was not produced using the surrounding mana. I don't think it will be a spoiler anymore when you guys already know how they will look like after their transformation. The Opening gives too many information. That in itself already a spoiler to me. Having their names will be a minor spoiler, so i will give another Minor Spoiler Alert!!!! Red Hair guy is Benimaru Blue Hair guys is Souei Purple haired girl is Shion Pink haired girl is Shuna Old guy is Hakurou (Basically saying he is White - Haku) And the big black guy is Kurobe (Kuro - Black). Jabore Brown Yes, he can. But, it was explained that every time Rimuru takes a shape that has bigger volume than his slime form, he will emit black mist from his body. If you remember, he did emit black mist when he used mimicry and turned into direwolves's former pack leader. He also emitted black mist when he takes the adult human forms. Since Rimuru doesn't like to intimidate people, or attract unnecessary attention, he usually stays in his slime form, or child human form.
