Some idiot thought of doing a stupid thing, and then got others to do the same stupid thing too - to try and make the stupid thing become a "thing" amongst the wider population. 👏 Do not be anyones fool and don't allow others to "influence" you into doing something - that you would otherwise think is stupid. Use objective thinking, does drinking alchol, which impairs your coordination, sounds like the thing to do - when undertaking excercises (or any activity) where coordination is paramount! I've been a fitness instructor and coach for over 20 years, and I wouldn't allow anyone to train with me, if they are intoxicated, as they are a danger to themselves and others, because both their coordination and judgement is impaired. This is wreckless for the sake of ratings, views, likes, trying to go "viral", etc...usual narcissistic social media shit. Stay away from stupid gimmicks and stick to correct fundamentals.
